Rasayel Rate Limits

Rasayel rate-limits the REST API with a leaky-bucket algorithm. Each client is allocated a bucket with a maximum capacity of 100 tokens; tokens are replenished at a fixed rate of 20 requests per minute. Each request consumes tokens; when the bucket is empty, further requests are delayed/blocked until tokens are available.
