Provus publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Provus publishes NO API rate limits, because Provus publishes no public API. limit_count is an honest zero and no `RateLimits` pointer is wired into apis.yml — asserting one would credit Provus with a runtime rate-limit signal it does not serve. What Provus DOES publish, on its Product Policies and Performance Guidelines page, is a set of platform capacity and response-time guidelines for the Salesforce-native application, recorded below as platform_limits. These are product scale ceilings, not HTTP throttles: they are not returned on any response, carry no headers, and no status code is associated with exceeding them.
