Placekey Rate Limits

The Placekey API enforces per-endpoint request-rate limits over a rolling 60-second window plus a per-plan daily/annual lookup allowance. The single lookup endpoint (POST /placekey) allows up to 1,000 requests per 60-second window; the bulk endpoint (POST /placekeys) allows up to 100 requests per 60-second window with a maximum of 100 queries per request.

Placekey Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Placekey on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 4 rate-limit definitions, measuring requests, queries, and lookups.

The profile also includes 2 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include Location, Geocoding, Address Matching, Identifiers, and POI.
