Pinpoint Rate Limits

The Pinpoint API is served per tenant over HTTPS and returns standard HTTP status codes. Specific published request-per-minute or per-day rate limit values are not documented in the public developer portal; list endpoints are bounded by JSON:API pagination (page[size] 0-1000, default 100) which acts as a practical per-request ceiling. Webhook delivery is retried up to 10 times over 24 hours with exponential backoff and jitter, with a five-second per-attempt timeout. Specific throttling thresholds are not reconciled in this artifact.

Pinpoint Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Pinpoint on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 3 rate-limit definitions, measuring records, requests, and attempts.

The profile also includes 3 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include ATS, Recruitment, Hiring, HR Tech, and JSON:API.
