Opyn Rate Limits
Rate limit information for Opyn protocol data access. Opyn itself does not impose API-level rate limits because it is a permissionless on-chain protocol. Practical rate limits are imposed by the underlying data-access layer chosen by the developer: The Graph hosted service, The Graph decentralised network, or a third-party Ethereum RPC provider (Infura, Alchemy, QuickNode, etc.).
Opyn Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Opyn on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
It captures 4 rate-limit definitions, across the hosted-service, decentralised-network, rpc-free, and subgraph-query-complexity tiers, measuring requests_per_second, requests_per_day, and complexity_units.
The profile also includes response codes documented for throttled, quotaExceeded, and serviceUnavailable.
Tagged areas include DeFi, Options, Ethereum, Squeeth, and GraphQL.
