OpenEnvoy publishes no rate limits. The API documentation at apidocs.openenvoy.io covers authentication, methods, data formats and error classes but states no quota, throttle, burst or concurrency limit; the Swagger 2.0 definition declares no 429 response on any operation; and no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After header appears in any of the saved example responses in the Postman collection. An anonymous probe of GET /public/api/v1/jobs/1 on 2026-08-26 returned HTTP 400 with no rate-limit headers on the response. This is an honest zero: limits may well be enforced server-side per customer contract, but nothing is published, so an agent cannot pace itself or back off correctly, and cannot distinguish throttling from failure.
