On Me publishes no rate limits. There is no developer portal, no API reference and no machine-readable specification anywhere on onme.com or business.onme.com, so there is nothing that states a quota, a window, a burst allowance, a 429 behaviour, or any RateLimit-*/X-RateLimit-*/Retry-After response header. The Gifting API marketing page describes the API in the future tense ("Teams will be able to issue gifts programmatically") and states only that the API "is designed to be retry-safe, so duplicate requests do not accidentally create duplicate charges" — an idempotency claim, not a rate limit. Nothing here is derived or assumed; this is a recorded absence.
