Sustained ceiling on /payment.do, /openOrder.do, /settleTransaction.do, etc. set at onboarding and reviewed against contracted volume.

Per Merchant Site Transactions Per Second

DMN Retry Policy

Nuvei retries DMN delivery with exponential back-off until a 200 OK is received from the merchant notificationUrl. Persistent failure escalates to alerting.

Control Panel API Limits

Reporting and admin endpoints expose a separate, lower throughput envelope than the transaction APIs.

Sandbox Throttling

Sandbox environment (ppp-test.nuvei.com) is shared and may apply soft caps to prevent abuse.
