Niural Rate Limits

Niural publishes a single token-scoped rate limit for the Niural Public API: 25 requests per second. Exceeding it returns HTTP 429 until the next cycle begins. Niural does not publish per-plan limits, burst allowances, or RateLimit-* response headers.
