rate limit". NYT does not publish the exact per-minute integer in the
public OpenAPI specs.

A daily cap is documented; the Community API's now-deprecated spec
published 5,000 requests/day. Other APIs use the same per-day envelope
pattern but do not publish the integer in spec metadata.
