Moxe Health publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
The getting-started docs state a global rate limit exists ("We impose a rate limit for the whole api. If the rate limit is reached, the client will receive HTTP 429 Too Many Requests.") but publish no numeric limit, window, burst allowance, or X-RateLimit-*/RateLimit-*/Retry-After response headers — so limit_count is recorded as 0 (no published numbers) even though the mechanism itself is documented. Scope is described as whole-API, not per-key/per-endpoint. Cross-linked from conventions/moxe-health-conventions.yml#rate_limiting.
