Published Microsoft Power Platform limits. Two independent systems apply and Microsoft is explicit that they are evaluated separately: Dataverse SERVICE PROTECTION limits (a per-user, per-web-server sliding window that throttles in real time) and Power Platform REQUEST ENTITLEMENTS (a per-licence 24-hour allowance). This file replaces a 2026-05-04 scaffold whose numbers and header names were placeholders, not published values.
