MenuSifu publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
MenuSifu publishes no rate limits because it publishes no API. There is no developer portal, no API reference and no machine-readable contract to attach a limit to. The production host api.menusifu.com answers every anonymous request with HTTP 401 and returns no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After header on that response, so no runtime rate-limit signal could be observed either. This is an honest zero, not an unchecked field.
