DOCUMENTATION DRIFT — RATE_LIMITING.md states 50 requests per 15 minutes for thumbnail generation, but the deployed middleware (src/middleware/rateLimiter.js, thumbnailLimiter) sets max: 100 with the comment "increased to handle reports with 50+ posts". The code is the operative value; the published doc is stale. Not observed directly because exercising it would mean deliberately exhausting a live production limit.
