Marand publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No published rate limits. Marand operates no public API host and no developer documentation, so there is no runtime limit, no rate-limit response header and no documented 429 behaviour to record. Its TM Forum Open API implementations run inside customer-deployed instances of its BSS components, where any limits are a deployment concern rather than a published contract.
