Loopnet Rate Limits

LoopNet does not publish a public REST API with documented rate limits. Access to LoopNet data programmatically is available through enterprise agreements with CoStar Group. Rate limits for enterprise data access arrangements are negotiated on a per-client basis and depend on subscription tier and use case. The LoopLink embedded integration does not expose rate-limited API endpoints to end developers. Third-party scraping solutions are prohibited by LoopNet Terms of Use.
