The Loop Returns API enforces rate limits per API key. When the limit is exceeded the API returns HTTP 429 Too Many Requests. Callers should pause briefly before retrying. OAuth 2.0 access tokens used by the Label and Webhooks APIs expire after 1 hour and must be refreshed using the refresh token flow.
