The Litmos REST API enforces a rate limit of 100 requests per minute per site across all paid plans. The maximum number of records returned per single API request is 1,000. If rate limit thresholds need to be increased, organizations can contact Litmos Support. The API also supports pagination for retrieving large datasets.
