Lilt Rate Limits

LILT publishes two rate-limit regimes. A general platform quota of 4,000 requests per minute is stated in the OpenAPI info block. On top of that, effective 2026-06-30, LILT introduced per-organization fair-use limits on the three MT-consuming endpoints, enforced as two independent ceilings (request rate and character throughput). LILT Connectors are explicitly out of scope for the per-organization limits — they apply to the API only.
