Limits
per-client (unauthenticated, observed per source IP at the gateway edge)
10000/360s
Kong windowed rate-limiting headers. The `-360` suffix names the window in seconds (6 minutes), so the observed policy is 10,000 requests per 360 seconds. Remaining decremented by one per request across the probe sequence, confirming the counter is live and enforced rather than advertised. Authenticated/customer-provisioned limits are not observable without credentials and are not published; they are negotiated per the Developer Program Terms.
