Lattice Rate Limits

Lattice enforces rate limits on both the Talent API (v1) and HRIS API (v2). Requests that exceed the rate limit receive an HTTP 429 Too Many Requests response. Lattice uses cursor-based pagination (startingAfter parameter) for list endpoints; all top-level resources support bulk list fetches. Specific numeric thresholds are not publicly documented by Lattice; the limits below reflect commonly observed behavior from third-party integration providers and Lattice's own API documentation guidance.

Lattice Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Lattice on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 3 rate-limit definitions, measuring requests and list-page-size.

Tagged areas include HR, People Management, Performance Management, OKRs, and Goals.
