Kotzilla publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Kotzilla publishes NO HTTP rate limits. What it publishes is a plan-level ingestion QUOTA, which is a different control: a cap on total telemetry volume per account, not a requests-per-window throttle. Both are recorded below and kept distinct. No RateLimit-* / X-RateLimit-* headers, no Retry-After behaviour and no 429 semantics are documented anywhere in the Kotzilla documentation, and none could be observed because the only HTTP surface (the MCP server at https://mcp.kotzilla.io/mcp) rejects unauthenticated calls with 401 before any limit would apply.

Every rate limit here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
