Limits
Klara publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are published, and there is no public API to publish them for. Klara runs a real production API host — api.klara.com, DNS CNAME core.shared.prod.klara.com, serving the Rails framework 404 page — but it is the private backend for doctor.klara.com and patient.klara.com, not a developer surface: it 301s / to the provider application and 404s every documented and undocumented discovery path (/openapi.json, /swagger.json, /v1/openapi.json, /api-docs, /docs, /redoc, /graphql, /v1, /v2, /api, /api/v1, /health, /status, /ping). No unauthenticated response carried an X-RateLimit-*, RateLimit-* or Retry-After header to observe. Recorded as an honest zero rather than omitted.
