Ketch does not publish per-key request-per-minute limits. Consent collection from the Web/iOS/
Android SDKs is gated by the plan's monthly unique-user allowance rather than per-second RPS
quotas. Excess traffic is renegotiated with sales rather than 429'd.
Hard cap is 5,000 unique users / month and 2 integrations.
