Kargo publishes no rate limits for any of its API surfaces. The REST Document Intake OpenAPI declares no 429 response on any operation, the docs contain no throttling, quota or burst guidance, and no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After header is documented or observed. The only runtime constraint Kargo publishes is the 24-hour Auth0 access-token lifetime, with an explicit instruction to cache the token rather than request one per call — which reads as an implicit limit on the token endpoint but is not stated as one.
