Limits

per API token or IP address
For implementations that consistently exceed the 60 req/min limit, contact JWP Support. The team can evaluate the use case and provide options such as request batching guidance or elevated limits.
CDN global
Calls to the Delivery API (cdn.jwplayer.com) do not count toward the Management API rate limit. No documented per-token quota; CDN caching (short TTLs) is used to optimize high-volume global read operations.
