Limits
Jifflenow publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No published rate limits. Every page of the Jifflenow API reference on developers.cvent.com was read (introduction, getting-started, api-request-response, and all 20 operation pages) and none mentions a rate limit, quota, throttle, burst allowance, 429 response, Retry-After header, or X-RateLimit-*/RateLimit-* header. The global status-code table stops at 500 and does not list 429. The docs do reference "fair usage guidelines" in the usage-and-access section without publishing any number. Limits could not be observed live either: every operation requires a tenant-issued OAuth client credential, so there is no unauthenticated response to read headers from. Recorded as an honest zero.
