Jaggaer Rate Limits

JAGGAER ASO APIs enforce customer-specific rate limits across the three primary API services. Rate limits are configured per customer account and enforced at the API gateway level. Exceeded limits return HTTP 429 Too Many Requests responses. Asynchronous endpoints use pre-signed S3 download URLs that expire after 300 seconds. Specific numeric thresholds are negotiated at the enterprise contract level and not published publicly.
