Jack Henry Rate Limits

Jack Henry does NOT publish explicit per-key request-rate or concurrency limits on its public developer documentation for the Banno Digital Toolkit, jXchange, or Jack Henry Payments. Limits exist (the Banno platform protects itself with throttling and abuse controls), but the exact numbers are governed by the partner / institution contract and are not surfaced in the docs site as of this profiling pass.
