Itron does not publish a unified rate-limit page; the only quantitative limit visible in public documentation is the Data Warehouse API's unfiltered-query cap. All other limits (Starfish Data Platform, Third-Party Gateway, IEE web services) are governed by per-contract SLAs negotiated through the Itron Developer Program or utility enterprise agreements.
