Hummingbot Rate Limits

Gateway applies a built-in per-instance rate limit to protect the self-hosted process from denial-of-service. Because Hummingbot components are self-hosted (not a metered cloud API), this is a fixed process limit rather than a plan-tiered quota. The Hummingbot API server documents no explicit HTTP rate limit; throughput is bounded by the host and by upstream exchange limits.
