Limits
Analytics API - Self-Serve Rate Limit account
250 components per minute for self-serve customers across most property-level endpoints (e.g., property/value, property/details, property/rental_value). Batch POST requests count each item in the batch toward this limit.
Analytics API - Daily Limit account
1000 requests per day for self-serve customers on the Analytics API. Enterprise customers can negotiate higher daily limits.
Value Report Endpoint - Per-Minute Rate Limit account
Value Report and Rental Report endpoints are rate-limited to 10 requests per minute, separate from the general Analytics API limit.
Value Report Endpoint - Daily Limit account
100 requests per day for the Value Report endpoint for self-serve customers.
Batch Request Limit request
POST batch requests support a maximum of 100 items per request. Each item in the batch is counted individually toward rate limits.
