Its production backend (https://api.upskillai.com, read from the Angular application bundle at app.upskillai.com as environment apiUrl) returns a bare 13-byte "404 Not Found" to unauthenticated callers and exposes no rate-limit response headers; the legacy AWS API Gateway host api.healthscholars.com returns {"message":"Forbidden"} with no RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After headers. An honest zero.
