Harri Rate Limits

Harri publishes a single flat rate limit for the Open API Hub in the info.description of its Employee OpenAPI: 400 requests per minute. Exceeding it returned HTTP 403 with an explanatory body; Harri announced in the same notice that the rate-limiting status changes from 403 to 429 after 4 June 2026. No per-plan or per-endpoint limits are published, and no rate-limit response headers (X-RateLimit-*, RateLimit-*, Retry-After) are declared anywhere in either OpenAPI document.
