Groupon documents no API rate limits that a machine can read, and the live gateway advertises none. A full response-header capture from https://api.groupon.com/v2/deals.json on 2026-09-04 returned no X-RateLimit-*, no RateLimit-* (RFC 9331 style), no Retry-After and no quota header of any kind. The developer portal that might state limits in prose (www.groupon.com/developers/docs) answers HTTP 403 to every automated client behind a Cloudflare managed bot challenge, so it could not be read. An agent integrating with this API has no runtime throttling signal to act on. Recorded as an honest zero, not an omission.
