Forgejo Rate Limits

Forgejo's rate limiting behavior is configurable by instance administrators and is not fixed at the software level. Self-hosted instances can be tuned via the app.ini configuration file. Hosted instances like Codeberg.org apply their own limits. The API uses token-based authentication and supports pagination for large result sets.

Forgejo Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Forgejo on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
