Ford Motor Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for ford-motor on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
It captures 2 rate-limit definitions, measuring varies and minimum_poll_interval.
The profile also includes 3 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled and serviceUnavailable.

Backoff Strategy
Clients should implement exponential backoff with jitter on 429/5xx responses; honor Retry-After when present.
Vehicle-Touch Throttling
Endpoints that wake or query the vehicle TCU enforce minimum poll intervals; subscribe to webhooks/streaming where available.
Customer Consent
Per-VIN access requires owner consent on FordPass; revoking consent terminates partner access for that VIN.
