Limits
Flint publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
Flint DOCUMENTS that the Agent Tasks API is rate limited and that exceeding the limit returns 429 Too Many Requests, but publishes NO number, NO window, NO scope and NO response headers. Its rate-limiting section is one sentence: "These endpoints are rate limited. If you exceed the limit, you'll receive a 429 Too Many Requests response." An integrator cannot compute a safe request rate or a backoff from what is published, and no RateLimit-*/X-RateLimit-* header contract is described anywhere in the reference. Limits could not be observed live because every endpoint requires a bearer API key (no unauthenticated response to read headers from).
