Limits

First Solar publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No published rate limits. First Solar exposes no public API and no developer documentation, so there is no documented limit, window, burst or exhaustion status code to record. The only live unauthenticated endpoints found (the Developer Portal OIDC discovery document and JWKS on portal.firstsolar.com) return no RateLimit-* or X-RateLimit-* response headers. An honest zero.
