Related guidance only - the README says the GitHub repo "is now updated once per day" at GitHub's request, and the wiki suggests running update-ipsets from cron at a non-round interval (e.g. every 9 minutes) so upstream maintainers' sites are not hit concurrently; update-ipsets itself downloads a list only when it is expected to have been updated.
