Energy Queensland Rate Limits
Energy Queensland publishes no rate limits of its own. Ergon Energy Retail's Consumer Data Right surface is governed by the traffic thresholds in the Non-functional Requirements of the Treasury Data Standards Body's Consumer Data Standards, which apply identically to every registered Australian energy data holder. Calls in excess of these thresholds may be freely throttled or rejected by the data holder without counting against its 99.5% availability or its response-time obligations. The thresholds are expressed as sessions per day, transactions per second and calls per session by traffic class, not as a per-key quota, and are NOT signalled in response headers - no rate-limit header was observed on any live call on 2026-07-27.
Energy Queensland Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Energy Queensland on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.
It captures 15 rate-limit definitions, measuring sessions_per_day, transactions_per_second, calls, and peak_transactions_per_second.
The profile also includes response codes documented for throttled.
Tagged areas include Rate Limiting, Consumer Data Right, Energy, and Australia.
