Drycleancloud Rate Limits

CleanCloud publishes explicit API limits. Each account with API access (Grow, Grow+, or Pro in Mexico) is allowed 50,000 API requests per month, with a maximum burst of 3 requests per second. Monthly usage beyond the included allowance can be extended by purchasing additional bundles of 25,000 requests (approximately $15 USD/GBP/EUR each). Limits are enforced per account/API token.

Policies

Tier Gating
API and Webhook access is restricted to the Grow and Grow+ subscription tiers (Pro in Mexico).
Backoff Strategy
Clients should stay under 3 requests/second and implement retry with exponential backoff and jitter to avoid throttling.
Quota Monitoring
Track monthly request consumption against the 50,000 allowance and purchase additional bundles before exhausting the quota.
