Documo Rate Limits

Documo applies per-endpoint rate limits on its REST API. The fax history and reports endpoints are documented as limited to 8 calls per minute; exceeding the limit returns an HTTP 429 response, and no further requests are served until the one-minute window resets. Limits on other endpoints (send, numbers, webhooks, account) are not fully documented and are not reconciled here.

Documo Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Documo on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 4 rate-limit definitions, measuring requests.

The profile also includes 2 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include Fax, Cloud Fax, Document Delivery, Communications, and Rate Limiting.

Rate limits are applied per endpoint; the documented fax history limit is 8 calls per minute.
Backoff Strategy
Clients should pause on 429 responses and retry after the one-minute window resets, using exponential backoff with jitter.
