DiscoverCloud publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
No rate limits are documented, because no API is documented. DiscoverCloud publishes no developer portal, no API reference and no machine-readable contract. The Angular front-end does call an unauthenticated ASP.NET Web API under www.discovercloud.com/api/ (observed 200 JSON on /api/Categories/GetCategoriesViewModel, /api/CommonDataService/CustomerTypesList and /api/CommonDataService/ProductPricingTypesList); its live responses carry NO RateLimit-*, X-RateLimit-* or Retry-After headers and no documented quota, so an agent gets no runtime signal at all. Recorded as an honest zero.
