DIPS publishes no rate limits that could be read; the profile records that absence rather than inventing a ceiling.
DIPS publishes no numeric rate limits for the Open DIPS sandbox. The terms of service state only that DIPS "may restrict the amount of data returned by certain queries" to protect real-time performance — a data-volume caveat, not a request-rate limit. The getting-started page, the API detail page and the exported contract are all silent on limits. Requests are gated by an Azure API Management subscription key, so a per-subscription quota may exist and simply not be published; no such policy is exposed anonymously.
