Limits
Personalization API throughput per-api (Personalization API)
500/1s
DinMo documents that the Personalization API "supports 500 requests per second on a sustained basis and bursts up to 1,000 requests per second." Counted as ONE published limit with a burst allowance rather than two, to avoid inflating the count. The docs do not say whether the ceiling is applied per workspace, per exposure, or per API key, and no per-plan quota is published on the pricing page (plans are metered on Active Contacts and destinations, not requests).
Work with this as data
Every rate limit here is available over the APIs.io API and to AI agents over MCP.
