No published limits and no runtime signal. Every observed response — davita/v1 and wp/v2 alike — returned no X-RateLimit-*, no RateLimit-*, and no Retry-After header. The only throughput-shaping header is `cache-control: max-age=60` from the WordPress VIP edge (with `x-cache: HIT|MISS`), which is a caching directive, not a rate limit. An agent calling this API cannot tell how much budget it has left, and cannot distinguish throttling from an outage. Per-page volume is capped structurally instead: `per_page` is bounded to 100 and values outside 1-100 return rest_invalid_param with HTTP 400.
