CodeRabbit enforces review rate limits per account/plan rather than classic per-second API quotas. The Free tier is rate-limited to roughly 200 files and around 4 pull request reviews per hour; paid tiers raise these limits. The REST Reports API returns 429 when throttled, and the deprecated report.generate endpoint may take up to 10 minutes to respond depending on data volume. Specific paid-tier limits are not reconciled in this artifact.
