Chowly Rate Limits

Chowly does not publish rate limits for its partner-gated POS integration API. Access is provisioned per location via an API key under a commercial / partner agreement, and any throttling, quota, or concurrency limits are defined in that partner documentation rather than on a public page. Specific limit values are not reconciled in this artifact.

Chowly Rate Limits is the machine-readable rate-limit profile for Chowly on the APIs.io network, conforming to the API Commons Rate Limits specification.

It captures 1 rate-limit definition, measuring requests.

The profile also includes 2 backoff/retry policies defined and response codes documented for throttled.

Tagged areas include Restaurants, Online Ordering, Delivery, POS Integration, and Menu Sync.

Policies

Per-Location Provisioning

Backoff Strategy
Clients should implement exponential backoff with jitter and honor Retry-After if a 429 is returned.
