Centrica Rate Limits

The only rate limits Centrica publishes anywhere are carried in the product descriptions of the two Azure API Management products on the Centrica FieldOps developer portal (DEVELOPMENT environment): the Starter product states 5 calls/minute up to a maximum of 100 calls/week, and the Unlimited product states unlimited access subject to administrator approval. Both strings were read verbatim from Centrica's own APIM management API. Centrica publishes no rate-limit documentation page, no header contract and no documented throttle response — the OpenAPI for the Identity API declares only a 200 response, so the throttling status code and any RateLimit-* / Retry-After headers are undocumented and are deliberately left null here rather than assumed from Azure APIM platform defaults.
